Each class will begin with the traditional Ashtanga opening chant and move through the sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, finishing sequence and rest. Options for postures are given to keep things simple if you are new to yoga, and beginners are most welcome. Please also feel free to join yoga even for a few sun salutations if that’s all you feel like doing!

In these tricky times, yoga can help keep our spirits lifted and our bodies healthy and strong. Please do reach out if you have any questions about joining an online class. Everyone is welcome.

Take care, look after yourself and each other,

Mo
