I’m very grateful for the support and patience shown as we have learned to be online for yoga. Where we may miss being side by side, we are together on the little zoom squares, and practice is practice, wherever we lay our mat. Thankyou so much.

Led Primary Series and sometimes a little of intermediate series. Every class is preceded by 20 minutes of simple breathing practices, so do join early for this if you like.

Classes continue to be free or by donation. Please do come to class even if you are unable to afford yoga at this time. If you are able, a donation is much appreciated. Suggestions for one class, a few, or a month are :

drop-in class £5-£10

one week ( 3 classes ) £18

one month (13/14 classes) £60

Each class will begin with the traditional Ashtanga opening chant and move through the sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, finishing sequence and rest. Options for postures are given to keep things simple if you are new to yoga, and beginners are most welcome. Please also feel free to join yoga even for a few sun salutations if that’s all you feel like doing!

In these tricky times, yoga can help keep our spirits lifted and our bodies healthy and strong. Please do reach out if you have any questions about joining an online class. Everyone is welcome.

Take care, look after yourself and each other,
